Airlocks
We provide a complete line of rotary airlocks suitable for air lock applications ranging from gravity discharge from baghouses and cyclone dust collectors to precision feeders for dilute phase and continuous dense phase pneumatic convey systems. 

Pneumatic Transfer (High pressure) Rotary Valves

FS Series Valve - The "air swept", hollow end design is unique in the pneumatic conveying industry. The feeder handles most granular materials, including difficult sticky products, in conveying systems up to 15 psi pressure. The "air swept" design provides a cleaning and mixing action along the full slot length. The “hollow end” bells provide a protective air seal of the outboard bearings. Many FS valves are still operating without repairs after more than 30 years.

Flexible Wiper (Low pressure) Rotary Valves

AN Series Valve - The fabricated valve features double wiper seal design in a deep pocket rotor. The wipers are held in place with countersunk plates for a smooth surface. These wipers can maintain a vacuum or pressure seal up to 17” w.g. It is used in a wide range of industries such as woodworking, grain, food, and chemical.

BN Series Valve - The valve is very similar to the above AN Valve, but it is designed with outboard bearings and a seal to prevent leakage from water-like dusts such as coal.


Double Flap Airlock Valve and Abrasion Resistant Rotary Valve

Double Flap Valves are primarily used for abrasive and high temperature applications. These valves also can be used for high pressure applications.
